We’re on the hunt for an Executive Assistant ‘superstar’!

As a result of an internal transfer, we have a vacancy for an EA to provide high level executive assistance and administrative support to the Chief Executive and Leadership Team.

This is a key role within the organisation. A big part of the role is to coordinate the CE’s day to day activities and help him be prepared for whatever comes his way. The EA also acts as a liaison and provides secretarial services to the Chairman and Board of Directors, including managing processes for Board meetings, communication and assistance to Board members.

We’re after a self-starter – someone who is driven, professional and effective. Ideally you will have at least 3 years’ experience in an EA position. You will have great time management and organisational skills and be able to juggle pressured situations and deadlines.

Key duties include:

· Board meeting preparation

· Diary, correspondence and travel management

· Event co-ordination

· Daily stakeholder engagement

· Workflow management

· Preparation, planning and research

· Ad hoc related administration
